Top: Glass of Tomato Juice with
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
handful of spinach
1 T. peanut butter
1 T. unsweetened dried coconut
1 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.
Yield: about 28 ounces
